President Trump鈥檚 recent war of words on supply management has emboldened several anti-Canadian farmer cheerleaders to emerge.

Two young hockey players from Kamsack and Canora, who are members of the 2008 Selects Hockey Development team, which has ties to 鈥淢r. Hockey鈥� Gordie Howe, are being trained for likely careers in the sport.

STARS Air Ambulance is known for providing a safe and rapid life-saving transport system for the critically ill and injured in Saskatchewan.

Klodjan Koleshi is looking forward to a new adventure as one of the new owners of Trifon鈥檚 Pizza, located in the Canora Mall, which opened on May 11. Koleshi grew up in Athens Greece, a dynamic city with a population of several million.

A mutually beneficial relationship involving art has been created between Canora businesses and students at Canora Composite School, said Brandi Zavislak, community development officer.

Over the past 10 years, the Canora Wheatland Lioness Club has made close to $25,000 in donations to a number of worthy health care related causes, said Darlene Senkow, Lioness representative.

Sixty-two Canora NASP archers took part in the southern provincials on April 29 at the Yara Center in Moose Jaw.
