There were a lot of upset people when the provincial government handed down its budget earlier this year.

Over the past several weeks, my articles have been influenced by the current forest fire situation in our province and on the impact it鈥檚 had on families.

This summer is likely to go down as one of the smoothest summers so far. I think a large part of that is due to the age of my kids. They are becoming more and more independent, and that is a huge help in the flow of our days.
