There were positive signs for the energy sector in Saskatchewan last week.

Only about 15 percent of Canadians get enough regular physical activity. But it’s easier than you may think.

Going around social media recently was an image of a gentleman from New Zealand who has the word "DEVAST8" – his nickname – written across his face.

I’ve almost stopped reading, listening to or checking online for the news, a big change for a self-confessed news junkie.

You well know that I am an advocate for boredom. Ha! But I think kids should get to the point of boredom at times because it stretches them to be creative. That said, I also like to give my children prompts to explore.

Sometimes you build up something in your mind, making it difficult to exceed your lofty expectations. So when it exceeds what you hoped for, then you’re truly impressed.
