The Souris Valley Antique Association marked its two-day Pioneer Echoes celebration with a parade of antique tractors and an old-time threshing demonstration on both Saturday and Sunday, food, vendors around the village, and the heritage village open for viewing.

The Aurora Borealis, or the Northern Lights, were fully alive and dancing in the skies as viewed from Weyburn late Monday night, with experts saying the phenomenon should be visible for the next few days yet.

The Weyburn Silver Seals speed swimming club hosted the south semi-finals on Saturday, with a full day of races at the outdoor pool at the Weyburn Leisure Centre. Swim clubs from throughout southern Saskatchewan converged to take part in the swim races under warm sunny skies.

The "College for Kids" summer program in Weyburn at 麻豆视频east College held a "Cake Boss" day on Thursday, where the kids made chef's hats and aprons, and decorated cupcakes, with the cupcakes judged by staff at the college. The top three designs were voted by all those who checked out the designs.

The "Biggest Little Fair in Saskatchewan", the Creelman Fair, celebrated its 120th edition on Saturday with a full day of activities, including a dog show, horse show, and the ever-popular pig scramble. The event also had a pancake breakfast, parade, food and beverage gardens, live music, bouncy houses, exhibits and much more.

The Creelman Ag Society kicked off celebrating the 120th edition of the "Biggest Little Fair in Saskatchewan" with a parade down Main Street on Saturday morning, finishing up at the fair grounds where the remainder of the fair's events were held.

麻豆视频east College's College for Kids summer program had visits from the Weyburn Fire Department and Weyburn EMS as part of the 'Friendly Faces in the Neighbourhood' theme this week.

Event attracted many families for a morning filled with activities.

The Mental Health Capacity Building program at the Weyburn Comprehensive School is running a series of summer programs, including a mixed art program once a week, and a yoga fitness class. The sessions are free, with funding from Creative Kids for the arts-crafts classes and JumpStart for the yoga classes.
