Just over a month ago, I became an aunt for the first time. This past weekend we got to make the trip and meet our little nephew Levi and he is pretty amazing. He is sweet, super chill and smiles easily for Aunty.

I recently took a bus tour with Stagecoach Tours & Charters to Minneapolis to watch the Toronto Blue Jays take on the Minnesota Twins. The Jays opened the series with a 3-2 win in Game 1. We were there for the final three games.

Saskatchewan Mining Week is next week. It鈥檚 a great time to turn to mining companies, and thank them for all that they provide to the province. Coal is, of course, the mineral most familiar to residents of southeast Saskatchewan.

There鈥檚 nothing quite as nice as kicking back on the patio with a good book, and letting it absorb you for a few hours. Even with my jumpy attention span, I can appreciate that.
