The Fin Island Run was underway again recently, this year taking place on Aug. 24. Participants got some exercise and a feel-good uplift as the run raised over $800 for the Canadian Mental Health Association - Battlefords Branch.

NIPAWIN 鈥� This year鈥檚 Fish for Freedom tournament was won by a duo of sisters. Fish for Freedom is a ladies fishing tournament that serves to raise money for the Twin Lakes Trailblazer Snowmobile Club.
