Yorkton Public Library hosts event

The ‘Blast from the Past’ program continued today at the Yorkton branch of the Western Development Museum.

The Government of Saskatchewan is providing $330,000 to the City of Yorkton for policing. The funding is being provided through Municipal Police Grants for three existing Yorkton RCMP positions in 2019-20.

The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yorkton and Area annual Show ‘n’ Shine brought out a wide range of vintage metal. One of the big hits of the show was a 1928 Henderson motorcycle, owned by Tony Medernach.

On August 9th, 2019 a 2005 grey Pontiac Montana with Saskatchewan licence plate 595 LKZ was stolen from the Kahkewistahaw Gas Station in Yorkton, Sk. There are two suspects in this incident.
