Game action between the Weyburn midget Q'Max Wild and Estevan comes to a halt, after goaltender Dustin Dreis (No. 31), lands on a loose puck by the net. The Q'Max Wild hosted Estevan at Crescent Point Place on Dec. 27, and lost 15-3.

Bruins have three goalies again

For the third time this season, the Bruins have three goalies on their roster. The team has signed 18-year-old Tyler Ross, a Warren, Mich., native who played for the Elliot Lake Bobcats of the outlaw Greater Metro Hockey League in Ontario last year.

Two university-level wrestling teams will compete in the "Battle of the Borders", to be hosted at the Weyburn Comprehensive School gym on Wednesday, Jan. 4, by the Weyburn Cobra Wrestling Club.
