Unit 3 at the Boundary Dam Power Station has returned to service, nearly three months after a severe thunderstorm knocked it offline.

SaskEnergy will be conducting controlled natural gas flares in southeast Saskatchewan on Sept. 12 and 13, from approximately 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. both days. The flaring is necessary to perform operational upgrades and maintenance to the pipeline system.

The countdown clock on the oilshow.ca website shows 270 days to go from Sept. 7 until the gates open at the 2019 Saskatchewan Oil & Gas show, but things are picking up in earnest for show organizers and the companies who will exhibit.
