The Estevan Art Gallery and Museum (EAGM) hopes to have even stronger support for its second annual Estevan Derby hobby horse night on Nov. 4 at the 麻豆视频east College鈥檚 Estevan campus.

鈥淚n With the Old鈥� have evolved their music over the years, and are looking forward to showing a new audience what they can do, when they perform at the Communithon Concert Jam in the Cugnet Centre on Saturday, October 21.

Members of the Hearts and Hands Quilting Guild have been busy preparing a quilt for the raffle at the upcoming United Way Estevan telethon. United Way board member Wendy Gustafson said this year鈥檚 quilt looks fantastic.

鈥淕rain Report鈥� will be performing some catchy tunes on their old-time instruments when they appear at the Cugent Centre for the Communithon Concert Jam on Saturday, October 21.

A former Estevan resident has received top marks for his ability on the piano. Max Hiske, a 15-year-old who now resides in Weyburn, received the Medal of Excellence for Saskatchewan from Conservatory Canada for those at the Grade 8 level.

The next concert in the Estevan Arts Council鈥檚 Stars for Saskatchewan series will be a renowned singer, songwriter and pianist. Laila Biali is an award-winning Canadian musician who brings together traditional jazz with contemporary pop.

Kinsmen Telemiracle is looking for Saskatchewan singers, dancers, bands, and entertainers to audition for a chance to perform at Telemiracle 42 to be held March 3 and 4, 2018, in Regina, and broadcast live on CTV Saskatchewan.

Carlyle was treated to a vocally stunning performance on Saturday, Sept. 23, with Jo-Jo O鈥� & The WOODS taking to the Memorial Hall stage.

Bellegarde author Tanya Reimer has released her most recent novel. Cursed on the Prairies is the third tale in her Sacred Land series, published by Elsewhen Press. It was released as an e-book on Sept.

Mary-Lou Rosengren has wanted to be an author since she was eight years old. At one time, she thought she would publish a novel.
