The United Way Estevan鈥檚 goal for their 40th annual telethon later this year will be a little lower than last year鈥檚 objective, but it is still an ambitious goal.

Four outstanding young people from across the province are recognized each year with a Junior Citizen of the Year Award. So it鈥檚 rare for a community to have two of its youths recognized.
