Update: tornado watch lifted for the Carlyle region
The tornado watch that was in effect for the Carlyle area has been lifted. Environment Canada issued the advisory on Tuesday afternoon, stating that conditions were favourable for the development of a thunderstorm that could spawn a tornado.
