Saturday, Nov. 3 saw people from across the area flock to Fairlight to take in a day of excitement.

Carlyle Community School

Carlyle Elementary School is hosting a Remembrance Day service Friday at 2:00 for the students of both schools. There will be no school Monday in lieu of Remembrance Day.

The next School Community Council meeting is November 14 at 7:00 P.M. There are currently only three positions filled on the council and members are desperately needed. Without members, high school input into the new school proposal will be limited.

Kevin Guang has been in the restaurant business for the past 10 years. He enjoys sharing his Chinese and Western cuisine with people and has recently moved to Manor to provide this service to the community.
