G.F. Kells holds food drive

Between Dec. 3 and Dec. 14 students at G.F. Kells competed in a food drive. For the last 10 years they have held the drive before a Mosaic meal where each grade is assigned a country and the school eats a number of items from around the world.

Wow! The halls of GF Kells were piled to the top with food bank donations this season. The students brought in more than 2500 items for the local Food Bank. This is the most ever. The class with the most was the Grade 12 Class.

Dec. 4 marked 10 years on the air for 97.7 FM The Moose. The Station was founded back in 2002 by Lana Littlechief and her husband after she switched careers as administrative assistant in the oil and gas sector.
