REGINA – The Regina Police Service (RPS) is asking for the public’s help in locating a 33-year-old man wanted for being unlawfully at large and breaching his probation order.
John Larson is approximately 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds. He has short light brown hair, and hazel eyes. He has distinctive tattoos, including a crown over his left eyebrow and a heart by his right eye.
