Special Olympics Battlefords is proud to announce the accomplishments of a pair of local athletes during the 2014-2015 season.

The Battlefords North Stars front office staff did their homework in recruiting players from outside the province for the 2015-16 SJHL season, and while it鈥檚 only been one pre-season game so far, it appears they did a pretty good job.

At 7:42 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31, Battlefords RCMP responded to a complaint of a single vehicle rollover on the main grid of Red Pheasant First Nation.
