Ottawa Police Service is not saying how many investigations are completed, or ongoing, into potential leaks.

The Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 293 incidents of assault from Jan. 1 to Nov. 30, an increase from 287 incidents during the same period last year, the November statistics show.

Terri Roney, victim services co-ordinator, showed off three-year-old Sven the black Labrador retriever during the Moose Jaw Board of Police Commissioners’ Dec. 8 meeting. 

Connor Rod is facing three charges in connection with a drug bust earlier this month.

RCMP allege that Joseph Sproull uploaded child pornography videos online and the images depicted three young children being assaulted.

Police initially were able to de-escalate the situation but when removing the man from the premises he became combative with police and a physical altercation ensued.

WEST targets high-profile offenders with outstanding warrants and are based in Saskatoon, Meadow Lake, and Prince Albert.

Police led on high-speed chase, recover knives, metal pipes and bear spray.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

Senseless destruction leaves community upset, actively seeking those responsible.
