Melvin Dale Koroluk made his second appearance in Yorkton Provincial Court on Monday to face charges of assault, kidnapping, and unsafe storage of firearms. Koroluk, 57, is accused of abducting an 11-year-old girl at the Yorkton Exhibition in July.

The Saskatchewanderer marketing pilot project wrapped up this week after a summer of showcasing Saskatchewan sights. The project was to hire a summer student to blog about all the things that make Saskatchewan special.

For the second time this summer, a group of local skateboard enthusiasts packed up their stuff and left Yorkton for the day in hopes of trying to inject some energy into smaller communities around Yorkton - by way of the skateboard.

It was immediately intriguing when I came across a game which offered both skill, and strategy. The Knights of Crylail offers players both. On the skill side, it is a finger-flicking game.
