When you think about it, some of the challenges facing Saskatchewan rural municipalities are similar to the challenges facing agriculture as a whole.

Recently I visited with Bruce Frederickson of Theodore to talk about a project of his to recreate the grand home of Richard Seeman, one of the earliest settlers in the district. Seeman was a major influence in the region.

Twenty-five years ago, a cop beat on me. Why? I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and it’s all the Blue Jays’ fault, and the team’s home, SkyDome.
