In Yorkton Court of Queen鈥檚 Bench on Friday, closing arguments were presented in the case of Gregor Gmerek, who is accused of fraud, forgery and uttering a forged document during his time as an employee at Prairie Livestock in Moosomin.

A Yorkton man has been sentenced in a 2017 home invasion. Cole Cadotte, one of three men charged, was the only one to plead guilty in the case. On Dec. 2, the RCMP were called to the Carousel Apartments in Yorkton.
