Willowbrook Lions President, Eugene Maystrowich presented a cheque for $2,000 to Ross Fisher, Executive Director, of The Health Foundation, to assist with purchasing the new equipment for the ICU. 聽
鈥淲e decided to make a donation for this equipment because the ICU is so important; often its life or death for people in the ICU and it鈥檚 important to have the best equipment possible in there. We are a service club, and we raise money to support good organizations and projects that make our area a better place to live. Better healthcare is important to everyone in this area, said Mr. Maystrowich.
鈥淲e have a strong relationship with The Health Foundation and have donated to help them buy needed equipment many times in the past. I expect we will continue to support the work of the Foundation in the future, continued Mr. Maystrowich鈥�
