A new development in the Mekayla Bali case suggests she may be outside of Canada.
A recent bulletin from the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) stated that Mekayla may be in the United States, specifically Seattle or Portland.
According to Paula Bali, Mekayla鈥檚 mother, there have been over 200 sightings of Mekayla in Canada, the United States, and internationally.
In the wake of the bulletin, Paula says her new plan is to promote Mekayla鈥檚 image in the States so more people can recognize her.
Paula singled out the NCMEC for praise, thanking them for their hard work and assistance.

The Bali family made a YouTube video with NCMEC to raise awareness about Mekayla鈥檚 case.
Mekayla has been missing since April 2016.聽
