The kids and families at the Family Resource Centre celebrated Halloween with a party. With stories, activities and snacks, as well as free tooth brushes to help keep teeth healthy after the candy of the holiday, the celebration was an opportunity for families with very young kids to dress up and get into the spirit of the day. Kids also went on parade in the SIGN building, trick or treating at the many different agencies that call the facility home.
