It鈥檚 becoming a Canora Christmas tradition. Once again, Canora Ambulance is holding the annual Yuletide Toy Drive for those who may otherwise go without gifts this Christmas season, said Jocelyn Weinbender, spokesperson with Canora Ambulance.

With snow on the ground since early November, members of the Good Spirit Cross- Country Ski Club are looking forward to a new season on the trails.

According to feedback from those in attendance at the Crafty Christmas Trade Show and Market held on November 18 at the Canora Rainbow Hall, the event met or exceeded all expectations, said Candace Doogan, organizer.

The Canora Composite School (CCS) senior boys volleyball team took part in the conference playoffs in Langenburg on November 11.

The approval of staff training opportunities and the enforcement of the town council code of ethics bylaw were among the items of concern to town council at its regular meeting on November 7.
