Police say the key thing to remember is to call police if you are ever unsure.

On May 6 police observed a dirt bike driving on 4th Street, (dirt bikes are not allowed to drive in city limits) and the driver wasn’t wearing a helmet. The suspect stopped at a local food establishment and was observed going inside. Police approached the individual in the business where it was found that he was also impaired by alcohol.
