A horse was struck near where the farmer was working. The vehicle then sped away southbound.

The witness described the suspect vehicle as a black or dark blue 1990s Chevrolet truck.

Anyone with information about the incident or who may recognize the vehicle is asked to call the TIPP line at 1-800-667-7561. Tips may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000 through the SaskTIP Reward Program, and all reports will remain confidential.
