Cheers:
*Cheers to Woodlawn Regional Park for keeping the road clear of snow. It’s so nice for walking and there are a lot of people taking advantage of it.
*Cheers to the city for keeping sidewalks and walking paths free of snow. It’s great to see people walking.
*Cheers to the many people who stop and ask if they can help me, since I use a wheeled walker to get around. I appreciate their thoughtfulness very much.
*Cheers to all of the young people and the volunteers who helped make the Robert Burns Night in Estevan so entertaining.
*Cheers to everybody who was involved with the Jail-N-Bail for the Canadian Cancer Society, including the prisoners, the judges and other people.

Jeers:
*Jeers to the lack of heat in the spectator areas at the Lignite Miners Centre. Sometimes it’s warmer outside than inside the rink.Ìý
*Jeers to a restaurant that won't take a reservation for 18 people.Ìý It looks like this company is the only one that doesn't need business in these hard times.
*Jeers to the minor hockey house team coaches who do not play all the kids equally. It's really unfortunate when kids, who have loved to play hockey for more than 10 years, don’t want to play because they don’t get fair playing time.Ìý It’s house hockey and all parents pay the same registration fee.
*Jeers to Mother Nature’s indecisiveness. Is it winter or is it an early spring? No more teasing.
*Jeers to those who continue to oppose the Keystone XL Pipeline. Maybe we should discontinue someone’s equalization payments.
