ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ Staff Sgt. Darren Simons would like to remind residents of Carlyle: βThere is a town bylaw which allows residents of Carlyle to drive their golf carts to and from the local golf course. However, people have to realize that provincial statutes do not allow golf carts on any roadway.β
ΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύΜύ βWe don't mind acknowledging the local bylaw, but golf cart owners must be aware that in case of insurance and liability, provincial statutes override the municipal bylaw.β
