Student loans are still available in April

Even though some postsecondary classes are being cancelled or delayed, currently scheduled student loan payments will continue through April as usual. Students should check their online account for details.

Even though some postsecondary classes are being cancelled or delayed, currently scheduled student loan payments will continue through April as usual. Students should check their online account for details.
For students in repayment, a six-month student loan repayment moratorium has been put in place effective March 30, mirroring a similar federal provision. Student loan repayments will not be collected from borrowers. Students who are able and wish to continue making payments should contact the National Student Loan Service Centre at 1-888-815-4514.
Need help paying for school? Student loans can help make post-secondary education more affordable. The Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan work together to provide student financial assistance for post-secondary students. Loans and grants are available to help full-time and part-time students access and afford postsecondary education.
If students are having trouble with the Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA) online process, contact the National Student Loans Services Centre at 1-888-815-4514 for help.
The new 2019-20 student loan application for programs starting after August 1, 2019 is now available. If students have an Advanced Education Portal account, they can now upload documents to the Student Service Centre. Simply log in to the portal account and access the Upload Document feature.
