In light of evolving concerns related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS) had decided to postpone their midterm Policy Conference on March 12. The conference had been scheduled for March 16-17, 2020 in Saskatoon.

鈥淥ur goal is to help reduce the potential spread of infection amongst our members and the general public,鈥 said APAS President Todd Lewis. 鈥淥ur members would have been travelling from small communities across the province for this event and we want to minimize the potential spread of infection as much as possible.鈥

The decision was made in the context of other large-scale events in the province being cancelled due to concerns over the potential spread of COVID-19. Other APAS operations have been continuing as per normal.聽
