SASKATOON - The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a 55-year-old man.
Earl Foy was last seen on April 27. There is a concern for his well-being as he may be in a vulnerable state.
Foy is described as 5'8", 150 lbs, with a slim build and medium complexion. There is no clothing description at this time. He drives a blue 2009 Chevrolet HHR LS.
