REGINA – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Alexandra Dubois, 38, who failed to appear in Regina Provincial Court on June 19. She is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
Her co-accused James Dubois and Larry Windigo remain in custody. James Dubois, charged with first-degree murder, is due back in Regina court on July 10 and Windigo, charged with accessory, is scheduled to be in court on June 26.
All three are accused of being involved in the death of 42-year-old Christopher Seaton.
Police say 42-year-old Seaton was found injured in a home in the 400 block of East College Avenue shortly after midnight. They had been called to the scene at around 12:20 a.m. and attempted life-saving measures when they arrived. EMS later declared Seaton deceased. His death was Regina’s second homicide of 2025.
