REGINA – A coordinated effort by the Regina Police Service (RPS) Canine Unit and the RPS Aerial Support Unit led to the arrest of a suspect following a dangerous driving incident through city streets.

Zachery Peter Graham, 29, of Regina, made his first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on May 6 and was remanded in custody. He appears next on May 9.

The charges stem from an incident on May 5. At approximately 11:30 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1400 block of St. John Street for a report of a recently stolen vehicle.

Graham was found to be in breach of existing conditions. He was additionally charged with failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking, theft of a vehicle, resisting arrest, dangerous driving, and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
