REGINA — The City of Regina has released its adjusted schedule for civic services and facilities for the upcoming Canada Day holiday on Tuesday, July 1.
Civic offices will be closed for the day. However, the landfill will remain open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with entry gates closing at 5:15 p.m. Regular garbage, recycling, and food and yard waste collections will continue as scheduled.
Transit service will operate on the Sunday schedule, and both the Information Centre and RIDELine will be closed. Paratransit will run on a holiday schedule from 8 a.m. to midnight.
The offices for Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery and Regina Cemetery will be closed, but gates will remain open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
North West Leisure Centre will be open from noon to 6 p.m., while Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre will be closed for maintenance. The Sportplex – Fieldhouse and Lawson Aquatic Centre will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Outdoor pools will operate on regular hours:

Buffalo Meadows, Maple Leaf, Massey and Regent pools: 12 to 8 p.m.

Wascana Pool: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Parking meters will not be in effect on the holiday.
