The Battlefords Sharks were on the road at Duncan McNeill Arena in Wilcox this weekend, where they dropped two games to the Notre Dame Hounds.
The team lost 2-1 in action Friday night, and 5-0 on Saturday.
In the Friday game, Jordyn Blais got the lone goal for the Sharks in the second period, before the Hounds got the game winner from Ryann Perrett in period three to win it.
In game two it was all Notre Dame, outshooting the Sharks 43-14. Notre Dame got two goals in the first, one in the second and two in the third for the win.
The Sharks now have a record of six wins and nine defeats for fifth place in the league. Next action is at home Thursday to Prince Albert at Battleford Arena. Â Â
