A star player with the Battlefords AAA Sharks is headed to the NCAA to play hockey.
Madison Glynn has signed a letter of intent to play for Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Glynn, who has played defence for the Sharks, will be joining the Lady Flames in the ACHA Div. 1 league this fall. According to an article posted at Liberty鈥檚 website she will be studying exercise science, with hopes of becoming a trainer or physiotherapist.
On Twitter, Glynn said of the signing that she was 鈥渟uper excited!!鈥�
In her four years with the Sharks, Glynn recorded 12 goals and 11 assists for 23 points in 76 games.
