It was a tough week for the Bruno Bisons, who suffered losses in each of their two contests.
The Bisons travelled to Melfort for a rare doubleheader on June 9.
The first of two games did not go very well for the Bisons as both their offense and defense struggled in a 10-4 loss.
After a short break the two teams returned to the field. While the Bisons’ offence came alive their pitching once again struggled, giving up 19 runs in a 19-9 loss.
Thanks to their 0-2 week, the Bisons see their record fall to 5-4 on the season, to sit fifth in league standings.
