NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN — According to the SaskAlert website, over the weekend, crews completed repairs to the majority of SaskTel infrastructure damaged by the wildfires.
As of 10 a.m. Monday, all SaskTel services are available across Northern Saskatchewan.
The alert states that additional repairs may be required in the coming weeks as residents return to their homes as evacuation orders end. Upon return, residents are encouraged to contact 1-800-727-5835 (1-800-SASKTEL) if they encounter problems restarting their SaskTel services.
SaskTel says it continues to monitor the situation and will respond to any future service outages as required.
