HUMBOLDT — Around $6,000 has been racked up on a stolen credit card. Humboldt RCMP are asking for help to locate a suspect or suspects connected to the theft.

On Dec. 24, police said they responded to a break and enter at a home on the 600 block of Humboldt’s 10th Street. The home was entered during the overnight hours of Dec. 23 and 24 where they stole approximately $300 cash.

In early February 2021, RCMP said they learned that a credit card had also been stolen from this home during the December break in. The stolen card had been fraudulently used in late December at several different businesses in the Humboldt area.

Police have released three photos from surveillance cameras: two of which show a suspect while one shows a four-door silver car.

Those with any information are asked to contact the Humboldt RCMP Detachment at 306-682-2535 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
