On April 25, Loon Lake RCMP received a report of a sudden death at a residence on Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation.
MAKWA SAHGAIEHCAN FIRST NATION - Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes are investigating a suspicious death.
On April 25, Loon Lake RCMP received a report of a sudden death at a residence on Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation.
Officers attended. An adult female was declared deceased at the scene. She has been identified as a 34-year-old from the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation. Her family has been notified. Police are not identifying her at this time.
Saskatchewan RCMP began investigating her death in consultation with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
The investigation has determined her death is suspicious in nature.
