Cut Knife Report
Cut Knife RCMP received 87 calls for service between May 19 to 25. These files included well-being checks, reports of disturbances, reports of traffic offences, mischiefs, assaults, aggravated assault, breach of peace, failure to comply with orders, Mental Health Acts, suspicious person, sexual assaults, animal calls, Liquor Act and assisting other agencies, 911 Act, Firearm Act and break and enter.

On May 19, the Cut Knife RCMP attended a single-vehicle collision south of Atton’s Lake Campground. The vehicle had eight occupants, all receiving minor injuries. Alcohol was a factor and charges for impaired driving and dangerous operation are pending.
On May 21, a male reported that when he arrived at his house in Cut Knife, he noticed his lights were on, money from a safe was missing and the garage had been broken into. This matter is still under investigation.
On May 22, multiple calls came in regarding a black Dodge truck with licence plate 610NTR, with two occupants who were stealing gas and causing mischief. Later in the morning, members spotted the truck at the Highway 647 gas station fueling up. A member approached the vehicle on foot; however, it fled from the RCMP. Multiple calls came in later, spotting the truck and suspecting the driver was driving while intoxicated. With extensive patrols and investigations, members were able to locate the vehicle later in the afternoon, arresting four individuals on multiple charges, two of the individuals were held for court.
On May 23, members attended a house at the request of North Battleford RCMP and found a stolen vehicle that was associated with armed robbery. Two individuals were arrested and held for court.
On May 25, members were dealing with an assault with a weapon complaint on Little Pine First Nation. The victim was assaulted with a shovel, causing a gash on the victim's head. A warrant for arrest is being sought for the subject of complaint.
Twenty-two traffic stops were made, resulting in speeding tickets, warnings, one roadside suspension, a traffic collision and one impaired driver.

Unity Report – May 20 to 26
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
Police received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.
Members are investigating a complaint of an individual breaching a court order.
RCMP received a complaint of fraud, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a noise complaint. Members attended and issued a verbal warning.
Members are investigating a complaint of individuals damaging a residence.
A 46-year-old female from Wilkie was charged with obtaining food by fraud after members received a complaint of an individual leaving a local restaurant without paying.
RCMP conducted a well-being check at the request of a concerned citizen.
Members are investigating a complaint of a break and enter at a business.
There was also one traffic complaint, one false alarm and one false 911 call.
Wilkie Report
RCMP received a complaint of fraud but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a complaint of trespassing. Members spoke to the complainant and the subject of complaint.
Members attended a two-vehicle collision in Wilkie. There were no injuries. A traffic ticket was issued to one vehicle driver.
RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received another complaint of theft, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Members issued a 21-day roadside suspension during a traffic stop.
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. The subject of complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Unity Hospital for assessment.
Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a family friend.
CN Police reported two railway crossing malfunctions at Landis this week. Both incidents were reported for information purposes.
Police received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP received a complaint of harassing communications. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a Mental Health Act Complaint. The subject of complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.
Macklin Report
RCMP conducted a well-being check at the request of a family member.
A 72-hour roadside suspension was issued during a traffic stop.
Members spoke to an individual regarding outstanding warrants.
A 33-year-old male from Macklin was charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of weapon contrary to order and possession of a prohibited device during a traffic stop.
There was also one traffic complaint and one false alarm.
