Determined Yorkdale Central School students stood up to bullying and bad weather on Friday during National Victims of Crime Awareness Week. Dressed in pink shirts, members of the Grades 4, 5, 6, and 8 classes conducted a march outside the school and released pink balloons into the gusting wind to signify their resolve to take a stand against bullying. Afterwards, they listened to an anti-bullying talk from Saskatchewan Roughriders defensive tackle Keith Shologan.Staff Photo by Chris Putnam
