Perry Wayne Parkinson February 2, 1960 - February 17, 2012 Perry Parkinson passed away suddenly in his home near Estevan, Sask. on Friday, February 17, 2012 at the age of 52 years. Perry was born in Estevan to Doris (Kittelson) and Richard Parkinson. His maternal grandparents were Oscar and Olianna Kittelson and paternal grandparents Tom and Mary Parkinson. Perry was predeceased by both his grandparents, Oscar and Olianna Kittelson, Tom and Mary Parkinson; his father Richard Parkinson; cousins, Byron Kittelson, Melanie Kittelson, Corey Miiller and Liam Jacklin. Left to mourn are his mother, Doris Parkinson; sister, Tami Parkinson; nephews, Justis Perry (Jessi Nicholls), Riley Perry and grand nephew, Keith Parker Perry, as well as numerous aunts uncles and cousins. Perry was a lover of family, friends, and animals, especially dogs. He had a special dog Buddy and recently a dog named Sadie. A prayer service was held on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan with Mr. Doug Third officiating. The funeral service was held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church, Estevan, with Pastor Stewart Miller officiating. Cremation followed, with interment to take place at a later date. Those so wishing may make donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, the Lung Association of Saskatchewan or the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in Perry's memory. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hall Funeral Services, Estevan.
