In 1980 they moved to Regina to be closer to their children. Mary was a very classy lady, who was beautiful inside and out. She had a gentle, kind and loving spirit. Mary had a real strength about her that was admired by many. She loved her family immensely and took great pride in them. Mary was a homemaker, but had many self taught talents which included playing the piano, organ and accordion as well as drawing, gardening, cooking, sewing, crocheting and knitting. Mary curled and played baseball as a young woman. She also played the organ at the church, and was on the CWL executive in Lampman for many years. Mary continued to dance and entertain others with her music at the senior centers well into her senior years. Mary loved to travel and always enjoyed new adventures. Mary took pride in the fact that she never looked her age. Her famous phrase was "How old do you think I am" She was certainly able to fool many. She was able to drive, dance and be totally independent well into her 90's. Mary enjoyed several years living at her Marian Gardens condo and her final year at the Marian Chateau. Mary's love for her family, strong values, her faith in God and her special talents made her a remarkable lady. We will miss her dearly. Thank you The family would like to thank relatives and friends for their love and support during this difficult time.
