Margot Marie Audet (nee Andrist) On June 27th, Margot Marie Audet (nee Andrist) passed away peacefully with her family at her side. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 43 years, Joe Audet and their daughter, Amy (grandson Jaden), and their two sons, Gilbert and Gillis. Margot will also be dearly missed by her sister, Laurel (Erich) and her brother, Peter (Jeri). She was very proud of her nieces and nephews: Adam, Heidi, Hayden, Hannah and Christa and Lindsay. Margot was predeceased by her parents, Leon and Tillie Andrist and her niece, Megan. Margot will be remembered as a sweet, kind and compassionate person. She was a lover of people and always of animals, like her father before her. In her 62 years she has touched the lives and hearts of many dear relatives from the Audets and the Andrists to the many friends from Yellowknife, N.W.T. and Saskatchewan, B.C and more recently Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Despite the distances, Margot was often the cornerstone that kept family and friends connected. A memorial service will be held sometime in the fall in Estevan, Sask. In lieu of floral tributes, Memorial donations to a Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
