Curtis Maurey Didkowski July 1955 - December 2013 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear son Curtis on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Regina General Hospital with his family by his side. Curtis was born in Manitou, Manitoba and is predeceased by his grandparents,Marjorie & Leonard Leader and Paul & Nadia Didkowski. Curtis is survived by his parents, Maurice & Jean Didkowski, Estevan; his brother Brent Didkowski, Estevan; his sister Cindy (Tim) Veroba, Regina; three daughters and two grandchildren, Tracy (Dee Dee) Klyne and their children, Jenna and Branden, Amy (Keith) Banford and Loni Didkowski (Andy), all of Regina. Curtis grew up and graduated high school in Lampman. He convocated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Administration. He began his 25 year career with the provincial government in the Ministry of Highways. He served in several positions, lastly as a Policy Advisor. He loved the Roughriders, chess, music and camping. His true pride was his 1979 Corvette. A Funeral Service was held at St. Paul's United Church, Estevan, on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens, Estevan. Pallbearers were Ryan Didkowski, Alan Didkowski, Craig Maxwell, Chuck Maher, Terry Fornwald and Wayne Didkowski. Curtis will be missed by all who knew him. If friends so desire, donations may be given to the New Estevan Regional Nursing Home, 1201 - 2nd Street, Estevan, SK, S4A 0M1 in memory of Curtis.
