The Notre Dame Parish Multicultural Christmas Festival was held Sunday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in North Battleford. This event alternates years with the parish dinner auction fundraiser. Seasonally decorated baking was on sale and up for auction, there were cultural displays and international foods on offer as well as complimentary refreshments and desserts. The afternoon was also filled with cultural and ethnic entertainment. The event was not only a fundraiser, but a way to welcome newcomers to the community and to the parish.
