Regional Optimist columnist Danica Lorer was at Connaught School leading a storytelling workshop Wednesday morning as part of her duties as a Culture Days organizer. Lorer explained the art of storytelling to students and told them some fishermen’s tales. There will be four Culture Days events in the Battlefords over the last weekend of September.
