Le Centre Francophone des Battleford annual Carnaval d'Hiver was held Friday, March 1 at the Don Ross Centre. A pot luck supper, skating, sledding and taffy-eating were on the agenda. Gabrielle Desnoyers does double duty as she stirs the maple syrup for "taffy on the snow."Photos by Jayne Foster
