Civic officials braved the ice and cold Wednesday morning to raise the flag commemorating the city’s Centennial year of 2013. The flag-raising is in conjunction with the Centennial Winter Carnival taking place on Feb. 3 at the Civic Centre. The event is being held in conjunction with the eighth annual Aboriginal Storytelling event in the city. Shown here are Mike Halstead, coun.
